1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of products through the website www.platform.shop.

1.2 The website www.platform.shop and the PLATAFORMA.SHOP brand are owned by the company Confidential & Exclusive Adviser, LDA, legal person no. 513 265 457, headquartered at Av. António Augusto de Aguiar, 148, 7B, 1050- 021 Lisbon, Portugal.

1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "PLATFORM" means the products sold on the website www.platform.shop; "User" - Any individual, non-trader, who places an order through the website www.platform.shop;

1.4 The use of the website www.platform.shop and the purchase of products implies the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

 

2. REGISTRATION

2.1 To place an order, the User may previously register, by filling in the form fields on the website www.platform.shop.

2.2 After completing the registration, the User has access to his personal account, where he can manage his account settings, his favorite products and his orders.

2.3 From the moment you access your personal account, the User is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. PRODUCTS

3.1 Information about product characteristics is available on the website www.platform.shop.

3.3 PLATAFORMA reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions, presented on the website www.platform.shop.

 

4. PURCHASE

4.1 The User can proceed with the online purchase of products, for which it is necessary that payment confirmation takes place.

4.2 The User will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method he has selected. After validating your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

4.3 PLATAFORMA will provide all the details of the purchase through the website www.platform.shop, in the respective customer area.

4.4 Your order will be delivered to the address indicated in the purchase process.

4.5 By sending the order form, the User accepts the Purchase Terms and Conditions described on www.platform.shop, as well as with the Privacy Policy.

4.6 PLATFORM reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations: a) The product is not available; b) Payment is not confirmed; c) There is an error in the price; d) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.

 

5. PRICES

5.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.platform.shop include Value Added (VAT).

5.2 Prices are all presented in euros (€). Changing the country of delivery may have an influence on prices due to different transport costs. The customs costs related to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

5.3 The prices of products presented on the website are subject to change. PLATAFORMA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

5.4 If there is an error in the price of the requested products, the PLATFORM or the User may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order.

5.5 The total price specified in the checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.

 

6. PAYMENT METHODS

6.1 The User will be able to pay for his purchases through the Paypal payment management entity or by Credit Card.

 

7. SHIPPING COSTS

7.1 Shipping to Portugal (Mainland) is free, for purchases over € 50.00. Islands not included.

7.2 Outside Europe, all orders will have an associated shipping cost and may require payment of customs costs, according to the country of delivery.

 

8. DELIVERY

8.1 PLATFORM sends confirmed orders, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with the exception of holidays.

8.2 Our delivery service does not include an scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

8.3 The PLATFORM will inform the User of the unavailability of the product (s) ordered (s), as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

8.4 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging and product (s) in order to ascertain any damage. If the user finds that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via the email Plataforma@platform.shop and if he agrees, PLATAFORMA will resend the order, without any cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be returned.

8.5 If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days, for reasons unrelated to our service, PLATAFORMA is not responsible for any loss of the order.

 

9. RETURNS

9.1 You can return the ordered product (s) up to 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

a) The product (s) have not been used;

b) The product (s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;

c) The product (s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

9.2 The return of the item (s) is the responsibility of the User, who must send the product (s) to the PLATFORM premises, ensuring that they hire a secure service.

9.3 Once the returned product has been received, PLATFORM will analyze and confirm the status of the order and, when applicable, will refund within 14 (fourteen) days the amounts paid by the User included in the order, using the same means used to pay for the order. .

9.4 If the returned items show signs of use, PLATFORM reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse to refund them.

9.5 Please note that these conditions are only valid for orders placed in Portugal. If your order has been placed outside of Portugal, please contact us by e-mail Plataforma@platform.shop.

 

10. CANCELLATIONS

10.1 The User can cancel his order, as long as he requests it through the email Plataforma@platform.shop before sending it.

10.2 In cases of orders canceled before shipping, we will refund the amounts paid by the User included in the order, using the same method used to pay for the order, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days.

10.3 PLATFORM does not assume the size of the exchanges, with the exception of products ordered defective. The User can exchange his order for another available on the website, being responsible for all costs related to his shipment.

 

11. COMPLAINTS

In view of the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, PLATAFORMA will seek to answer and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) working days, through the email Plataforma@platform.shop.

 

12. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

Products published on the website www.platform.shop benefit from the compliance guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.

 

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLATAFORMA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, considering the changes made and the users notified by publishing the modified Terms and Conditions on the website www.platform.shop.

 

14. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Read our Privacy Policy carefully so that you can become aware of the rules and procedures adopted by PLATAFORMA with regard to the treatment of data collected when you browse the website www.platform.shop and when you use the features offered by it, as well as the measures of security and confidentiality requirements.

 

15. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all emerging disputes related to them, including their validity, use of the website or any purchase on it are governed by Portuguese law.
